Refund policy

At Pawkeep, every portrait is made to order from your pet's photo, so we want you to love it.

Love your proof, or get a full refund. We email you a free portrait proof within 48 hours, and nothing prints until you approve it. If you do not love the proof, tell us before printing and we will revise it or give you a full refund.

Our mistakes and damage. If your order arrives damaged or defective, let us know within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right with a free remake or a refund. If we ever get a name wrong or make a mistake on your portrait, we will remake it free.

Because each piece is personalized, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind once your proof has been approved and your item has been printed. To start a return or remake, email us at hello@pawkeepgifts.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will take care of it.
