Welcome to Pawkeep! These terms of service govern your use of our online store and your purchase of our personalized pet portraits. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Our products. Every Pawkeep portrait is made to order from the photo and name you provide. After you order, send your pet's photo and name to hello@pawkeepgifts.com with your order number. We will email you a free portrait proof within 48 hours, and nothing prints until you approve it. If you do not love the proof, let us know before printing and we will revise it or give you a full refund.

Your photo. By sending us a photo, you confirm that you have the right to use it and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights. We may decline photos that are inappropriate or that we cannot illustrate in our style.

Pricing and payment. Prices are shown in US dollars. Payment is due at checkout. Discount codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied after an order is placed.

Shipping. US shipping is free. Because each item is made to order, it ships within 3-7 business days after you approve your proof. Delivery times may vary around holidays.

Returns and remakes. If your order arrives damaged or defective, or if we make an error such as a misspelled name, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will remake it free or refund you. Because each item is personalized, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind once your proof has been approved and your item has been printed.
